Isonguyo Akpan

Isonguyo Akpan is a postgraduate student of English, University of Ibadan, Ibadan, where he studies Literature, literary theory and criticism, and aspects of Stylistics. He holds B. A (Hons.) in English and NCE, English & Political Science. He is a certified member of Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN). His research interest is in areas such as African and postcolonial literatures, gender and sexuality, migration and trauma studies, amongst others.He has to his credit over nine papers published in reputable peer-reviewed journals. His ongoing research project is on the politics of gender identity and trauma in African prose fiction.
