Okolie, Lucy Louis is a first-class graduate of English and Literary Studies, Akwa Ibom State University. She has a keen interest in African Literary Studies, particularly contemporary African narratives. She is an alumna of Nigerian Christian Institute (NCI), Uyo, and is currently developing her first literature manuscript.

Monica Udoette is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of English, Akwa Ibom State University, where she serves currently as Head of Department. She is the author of Musing at the Bus Stop, a collection of poems published in 2024. Her research interests include Gender Studies, Caribbean Literature and African American Literature.
