Titilope Oluwaseun Oriola, PhD.
Oriola Titilope, PhD, is a lecturer in the Department of English Studies, Adekunle Ajasin University, Nigeria. Her research focuses on Pragmatics, particularly in the context of African traditional discourses. She has written and presented on topics such as witchcraft, the Ifa judicial system, the portrayal of Esu in media reporting, and the role of herbal practices in African specialist-client interactions. Dr. Oriola’s scholarly articles have been published in highly respected peer-reviewed journals. She earned her degrees from Adekunle Ajasin University and the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, and is a member of Pragmatics Association of Nigeria and the African Studies Association.
